Returns

To make the return process as simple as possible, we have introduced a direct procedure through your personal account.

How to request a return

1. Log in to your personal account.
2. Find your order: In the orders section, locate the order for which you want to request a return.
   
3. Request a return: Select the option to request a return and follow the provided instructions.
4. Receive the return shipping label: Once the return request is completed, we will send you the return shipping label via email.
5. Prepare the package: Securely pack the product and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
6. Return it: Take the package to the designated shipping location as indicated in the instructions and send it back to us.

Time and conditions

Return period: the return must be requested within 14 days from the date of order receipt.

Product condition: the product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Shipping costs: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
