Products and quality
Are your products made in Italy?
Yes, all our products are authentically Made in Italy. We carefully select raw materials from Italian suppliers and manage every stage of production in-house, from packaging to the final details, ensuring excellence, quality, and craftsmanship.
What materials do you use for your products?
We only select high-quality fibers, such as cashmere, merino wool, organic cotton, and silk, to provide maximum comfort, quality, and long-lasting durability.

Care and maintenance
How can I wash your products?
Washing instructions are available both on the product page and on the care label inside the garment. In general, knitwear, T-shirts, and sweatshirts can be washed on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C using Woolmark-approved detergents, avoiding bleach and the dryer. They should be laid flat to dry without wringing. Dry cleaning is allowed with 'P' solvents. Outerwear, on the other hand, should not be washed in water, bleached, or put in the dryer, and can only be dry cleaned with 'P' solvents.
How can I iron your products?
It is best to avoid direct contact with the iron. If necessary, use low-temperature steam or place a cotton cloth between the iron and the fabric.
What should I do if a garment gets damaged or unraveled?
If a thread pulls, do not cut it! Try to fix it with a fine needle. For more significant damage, we recommend contacting us or consulting a professional specialist.
Orders and shipments
In which countries do you ship?

What are the shipping costs and estimated delivery times?
We ship within Italy in 24/48 hours with express courier, and internationally in 3/5 business days. Shipping is free within Italy, while international shipping costs start at €12.00. To view the list of countries we ship to and the corresponding shipping costs, please check the "Shipping" page.
Do I need an account to make a purchase on the website?
No, you do not need to manually create an account. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically generated and linked to your email. Your contact details and shipping addresses are stored here. To access it, visit the "Login" section and enter your email. You will receive an OTP via email that you can use to access your personal area.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
It is possible to modify or cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it. To do so, contact us via email at info@yoon.it, through the "Contact" section, or by phone at (+39) 0735 703026. We will handle the modification or cancellation for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipping progress through the courier's website or the provided link.
I am an extra-EU customer, do your prices include customs duties?
No, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier according to the indicated procedures.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return an order, provided it is in its original condition. The products must be returned intact, not worn or stained, in their original packaging, complete with tags and any other components.
How can I make a return?
You can process the return on your own directly through your personal account.
- Log in to your personal account.
- Find your order: in the "Orders" section, locate the order for which you want to request a return. You can also make a partial return by selecting only some of the items in the order.
- Request a return: select the option to request a return and follow the instructions provided.
- Receive the return shipping label: once the return request is complete, we will send you the return shipping label via email.
- Prepare the package: securely pack the product and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Return it: take the package at the nearest drop-off point in your city.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the item you don't wish to keep, following our return instructions. If you have any questions, our customer service is here to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal (including payments in three installments), Klarna, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
