Shipping
You can modify or cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it. To do so, please contact us via email at info@yoon.it, through the Contact section, or by phone at (+39) 0735 703026. We will take care of the modification or cancellation. After 60 minutes, it is no longer possible to make changes or cancel the order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
YOON reserves the right to refuse the processing of an order at any time.
YOON ships worldwide via TNT for Italy and FedEx for Europe and the rest of the world. Orders are shipped on the next business day after receipt, subject to item availability confirmation and bank transaction verification.
Orders are processed in Italy from Monday to Friday and are handled on the next business day following the order date or the next available business day. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
YOON is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond its control. YOON assumes no responsibility for service disruptions due to force majeure events such as accidents, strikes, or other similar occurrences that may partially or entirely prevent the execution of the shipment within the timeframes agreed upon in the contract.

Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier according to the specified procedures.
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress via the courier's website or the provided link.
Receipt and Claims
If the package appears tampered with, it is necessary to sign with reservation; otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted, and no claims will be processed.
Failed delivery
By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with YOON and agrees to accept the delivery. If a package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect/incomplete address or phone number, recipient absent) or if the delivery is refused, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense, including shipping costs and any customs charges. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
